Tristan Mateu Hopgood born at 2.09 am on Oct 20 in Ballina, I think, weight 3.4kg. All very tired. Going home to Belmullet today.

Happy Birthday to Hanna!
Xander's big sister is FOUR today... and her big surprise is Grandad arriving from UK - he'll be here when she gets home from school (finnair strikes allowing), even if his luggage gets stuck in Helsinki!
At the moment, she's lounging in a bubble bath - how grown up is that?
Rainbow Fairy party on Saturday (why on earth did I decide to do that?)

By a strange coincidence Grandma has also been soaking in a bubble bath, having despatched Grandad to Heathrow at 0500. Hyvaa syntymapaiva, Hannale (which may or may not be happy birthday in Finnish?) - please add all the dots in the right places!

A thought - the chocolate coins for the end of the rainbow may be stranded at Helsinki in Grandad's suitcase!
