see, different place, different conversation, more pages...
someone is playing a cruel trick on my sanity
and I will find them
and cook them in paella
if I could cook
which I can't
so you're probably safe

I had a look at your space thing and am surprised you list Yello as a band you like - I thought I was their only fan
I never saw them live but did buy almost every 12" single and even have Deiter Meier's pre-yello 7" single
I love Frank Black and the Pixies too tho The Pixies made some very obscure music
Best track for me is Motorway to Roswell - in fact it's one of my fave all time tracks

don't know that one.
at CH I was in same year and house as Marty's sister Peta (pronounced Peter) and I think it was she/her (?) had a Pixies album. Still brings back memories of Col B common room...
Have ex (the one who wrote off the Ford Escort - see fave car thread) to thank for Yello admiration.

It sounds like a great idea Amy, at the end of the day, you will always be able to say you gave it a try

Funny name for a boyfriend
Sorry
Wonder how DBTS's Paella went
He hasn't said anything

No - but the paella was great!
However, visitors stayed late - we all had a little too much wine and, as a result, I forgot my hospital appointment this morning.
