well all that sounds ok apart from the bit where you took him to the pub

hope he wansn't wearing housie then

wow i can't believe how much i care about it

this is really an interesting learning experience

This time last year, Jonathan (against all advice) decided to surprise us. He travelled (in full Housey) up to London and then across it by tube. BTW Stansted to Newquay is obviously less convenient than flying from Gatwick where there are now 4 flights daily. However the cheapest flights from Gatwick are now Â£33 inc taxes but Ryanair does occasional sill offers where you can fly for just one penny plus Â£15 taxes. Unfortunately, it is a long way out of London and there is only one fly per day.

perhaps they`d like some of our craneflies??

yes

when there were hundreds of them on the walls of the cloisters

some 'orrible oik would pick one up by a leg

it would wriggle but not get away

sometimes i think they flew away without the leg

but them him or his mate would splodge tippex all over it

and i think it burnt the poor creature...

Are they not refurbishing Col B this year?

Col B is being refurbished (along with Col A) at Christmas...

Middleton is currently in the prep block...

not quite right Matt - Barnes in prep block at the moment - Mid. after Christmas. Col will be the last house to be refurbished , I believe.
