No she didn't. The only staff I recall moving to Horsham with us was Miss Morrisson & Mrs Dawson the art teacher. Can't think of anyone else although i stand to be corrected.
Hello no there were only the two who moved from Hertford to Horsham.. Jean Morrison and somebody Dawson (?Art or ?PE?) - sorry I don't know the detail because it was a long time after my time, but at the time of the move I was Chair of the Old Girls Association so I knew a bit about what was going on).
Ms Gravett is alive and well and working in a private school in Brighton. She came to the reunion at Horsham, organised by Hertford Old Blues, in April last year (20050.
If anyone wanted me to, I could probably ferret back through my files and find the details of the schooL, with an e mail address. I don't recall that she gave a private address.
I'm glad she is still alive and no doubt kicking butt! She was really a good person when she saw talent - if it hadn't of been for her I wouldn't have swum for Herts or West Sussex (in the hols!)

How can you compare them to teachers from previous generations?
We had some pretty good ones too, you know. They even taught us to use capital letters where appropriate!
well for the capital's- you still know what i mean. And im sorry no mention of previous staff will never ever get me to change my view of my English teachers especially Mr Reid- ahhhhhh i almost miss being at CH and living with my parents just to see him around school
