Perhaps we should have a poll - and then it could end up as Bruce (or even Fiona)

OK my frend DBTS has reminded me that I was wrong to suggest names for this kitten on the thread re Roger Martin.
If you are not going to call this kitten 'Roger'(or even 'Martin'),JR, how about 'Nero' or 'Snowy'.................

Chairman Miaow.

Or Mousey Tung.

Long ago we had a cat called Eric, and also a lovely little thing named Morgan, as his mother was called Possum. But my favourite of our cat names was Charlie Mars.

As we're in catty mode, can I just tell a little story that is absolutely true.
I used to have two cats, one ginger tom and his sister, a black cat. Unfortunately the tom was killed by a dog, but that's another story. They were called Tiger and Sooty. I once took them to the vets for their injections, both cats were on the table and the vet stood there, needle in hand, looking at both cats and said, with a straight face 'ok, which one is Sooty?'

When I broke my hip, the Registrar who admitted me to the hospital drew a very large arrow in felt tip, along the side of my thigh on the offending side. He said :...'it has been known......'.

AAhhhh
I think this lucky little chap has fallen squarely on all four feet! May he always be a happy little person and may he always bring Mr and Mrs JR (and any little JR's) a lot of pleasure.
