Ooooooooooh you are aweful, just terrrrrrible. Avocado and prawn (or tomato) salad with a nice lemon and olive oil vinigairette is a marriage made in heaven; stop making me drool!

It was pretty terrible in this country. At least I could (then) get cans of Brahma guarana imported to feed my kids' addiction. As for the claims - 5 miles run and 50 press-ups a day is far better
