Repeat ad nauseam for two weeks. If you really must.
I didn't realise quite so much bonking was involved at Wimbledon. Sounds spellbinding - can anyone join in?

Agreed.

OK, Alan, into your white shorts!
You hold the racquet so.... throw the ball into the air! It needs to go into that area of the court - between those lines - smash down on it hard -
There! doesn't that feel g-o-o-d? Feeling better already?

Three straight sets.
Somewhat an execution.

It's the thighs, and the b*ms, at least it used to be, they all wear those baggy shorts now, rugby is the only game worth watching.

Actually Nadal's shoulders in that vest thing he wears are worth a drool.
I am now going to lay down in a darkened room and cover my eyes with a damp copy of Tennis Monthly.

I don't tend to watch the blokes, unless you count the Williams Sisters as such !

Absolutely right Mary - shoulders in that vest thing - drool, drool, drool...
What was that expression on the Forum a while ago? Coming over all unnecessary?
Nadal is a superb player. I couldn't resist switching on the game just now. And Boris commentating too. A treat.

What a fantastic final!
A shame one of them had to lose.
Even Alan must have enjoyed that

Amazing! Incredible! What a match!
(But... an interviewette immediately afterwards with Sue Barker? Remove that woman and her microphone!)
It was wonderful!

I'm not a particular lover of tennis, but I was spellbound by that outstanding final...

Only downside is that we will now have a generation of players fiddling with their behinds before every serve in future!!
That mannerism got on my nerves and even Mrs Mid A commented on it!
