I am a letting agent, our cheapest flat is a studio at £595.00 but it would 'only' cost you £1260.50 to move in. Are you having to pay two months rent equivalent as deposit?

Didn't go for that one, yep 2xrent+rent+fee+another inexplicable fee.
Have borrowed a floor for a while, I continue my search for something reasonable!
