No decorations here yet - we will put up the cards (on maroon tapes) but since we will be away it hardly seems worth it.
OTOH we do have a major event on the Sunday between the 12th and 20th December (the 14th this year) with a mass followed by reception / party for the family and friends - an invite list of over 120 and probably 70 will come. No, we don't have jerrais cidre bouche, only the wine we get at the domaines and carry over here, fruit and preserves from the farm and the rest from Costco

Where I used to work an employee of the landlord (Den norske bank) collected recipes from people throughout the building and published them for charity. Wide selection from many countries but I'm not sure where my copy is. Anyone here want to try?Have not seen any thread on Christmas yet and as it's St.Nicholas today, thought I'd start the ball rolling with an open discussion on anything to do about Christmas 2008: your cooking tips, present ideas etc etc
