Exactly I am also a Life Member, of what was The Institution of Proffessional Civil Servants --- Which is now called "Prospect" --- which sounds like an Insurance Company !! :oops:

Yes, you appear to have been well up to par as a civil servant with an inability to spell and putting an unnecessary capital in the middle of a sentence.

As for Institution; why not Institute which sounds less like a mental asylum?

I should like to point out a) that I was a "Jogger Dep" and also b) That I was in the Atomic Energy Authority (Advertisement for warming Cereals ?) so watch it Sentenj --- if we shake hands, your fingers will drop off ! :lol:
