You are quite right.

It's all about risk assessment. The more victims and duration of offending are both important factors.

It is at the Hove Trial Centre, Lansdowne Road, BN3 3BN.

It is in court 4 at 10.30. Court 4 is on the ground floor. As you walk towards the back of the building from reception it is the first court room on the right after you go down stairs. There are seven seats just inside the door.

Karim will not be in the building. He is on a video link from the prison.

Very busy court room today with insufficient seating.

Currently awaiting the judge to consider whether there is appropriate seating for us all...

It is a completely inappropriate court room for trying sexual offences. Too small and badly set out with the perpetrator high above the witness box.

My view also.

Maybe the Crown were not expecting so much interest in these cases. At Husband's sentencing' there was only just sufficient room.

It appears that the court is restricted to the seven seats and the judge is unwilling to allow standing or for the jury box to be used.

It may be I am unable to update as there are some in attendance who for understandable reasons take priority.

This is shocking. Seven seats is unacceptable.

Xhibit says the hearing started at 11.13 a.m.

Presumably she got in since communications have ceased.
