We have to take the same course as we did with Karim, Husband and Dobbie.
Martin is not guilty unless and until, as the others were, he is convicted by the jury.

So I assume a Crown Court date has been set for a trial then. If so.........
(1) When and where ?
(2) Was bail applied for and if so, was it granted and what were the conditions of bail ?

He plead not guilty and was granted unconditional bail. He is due to appear at Lewes Crown Court on 15 August.

I wonder what the purpose of you being on this forum is Howard? You seem more concerned to defend every tiny act of Simon Reid (and yes, I'm right to criticise, if all the school can be bother to do after each court case is a cut and paste then at least that should have happened with Martin's latest appearance) than to consider how the decades of abuse were allowed to continue unchecked.
