Update.........

Day 8 04/10/06

Still cigarette free and enjoying that fact. I honestly think that I have cracked it. It is great to be able to take a deep breath of air and not cough as a result of the cigarette smoke.

Your picture looks like our local vigneron but she is 5 yerars older. I have to have a chaperone when I go there to get my wine (and she does make exceedingly good wine).

RR keep me away from this blondie, I beg you. I don't want to be rottweilered. :) :)

You are not the only one!! I have some of the guards running in the opposite direction if they see me coming 'with that look on your face', if they only did their work properly I would not need to chase them.

Thanks sis. I am still fighting and it seems to be getting easier each day. I find that a little worrying because I keep wondering if there is going to a moment in the near future where my confidence takes a knock. So I treat each day as a victory and do my best not to get too cocky by saying "that was easy I beat it"

Just a thought but it sounds a bit like Jude is calling Blondie a meal....she called her sweet and tender.

I would have said dish but the come-backs didn't bear thinking about
