Is this an example of a topic for useful moderation? i.e. removing all the gumpf (yes, it's a word!) to make it easy for people to see the facts?

probably! we destroyed it BEFORE Great Plum started the topic about not destroying serious topics... ok that's not much of an excuse!

never heard it called that before
maybe remove the dog from your location (put outside) or do people only do that with cats? I've never had a pet of this nature so I wouldn't know
