back on topic for a mo

i was taught to eat everything on my plate and always would

felt guilty if wasted food

then went through realisation that if i wanted to lose weight I shouldn't feel guilty

took a while for the brain to catch up with this overwhelming concept but i'm there now

so it is not wrong to stop eating if you're full
