AFAIR we sealed the envelopes before handing them in for posting. The only case of censorship that I know of was another member of this forum who was receiving extremely steamy letters from some young female and Kit decided to act.

I used to receive highly steamy letters from the elder sister of a house mate in Coleridge B. They never had any trouble getting through, and they made my final year at CH more tolerable !
