Has anyone seen the Rock School ad on C4?

Anything that doesn't fit anywhere else, but that's still CH related.

Rock school

Both the Daily Mail and The Independent have it as 'Pick of the day' on their TV pages.

... and Gene Simmons was on Today this morning. The presenter asked him if he thought he would do it again at a "more normal" (meaning not a - gasp - PUBLIC) school and give - presumably "normal" - kids a chance at faaaaame and living forever. Well, they are a bunch of closet socialists on the Today programme aren't they!

Looking forward to it tonight. I just hope that the fame that this programme will bring CH doesn't result in endless pisstaking when people find out I went there. I.e., I hope the school comes out of it looking as good as it really is...

My Mrs. has told me that I've got to watch Richard and Judy, 'cos I have to record Gene and the kids for an Old Blue mate who doesn't have a TV and whose daughter is at C.H. at the moment.

Under normal circumstances I would rather drive nails into the top of my own head than watch that programme, but, oh well, all for a good cause I suppose.

You don't have to watch it, just record it.

That would be too easy! :(

No, I am only supposed to record the relevant bit, so I have to watch the rest of the programme to make sure I hit the button at the right time.

Perhaps it'll be the first item... :)

If you give us the rough time Gene Simmons was on this morning, we can listen on the Radio 4 website. I don't know that that I want to wade through all 3 hours of the programme!

No I guess to be really rock 'n' roll I would have to have hamster with my muesli, and the white stuff to sprinkle on top wouldn't be sugar...

... or would it be ... brown sugar!!!! *air guitar motions*

15.30ish on Radio 2 too.

They seemed very assured on Richard and Judy.

I think its in its second week here, didnt watch it last week but was randomly talking about the school last night and a girl said "oh, the one theyve made the tv show about?". i asked what she thought of the school and she said the show made it look stuck up and exclusive.

im annoyed about that. im going to watch it tonight and see for myself.
