Ok I am really tired I can't do this anymore, I must sleep on these quotes. But don't worry I'll be back with the answers (I expect as usual they shall come to me in my dreams rather like those prophesies I keep comming up with)

Superman now I think about it. Lex Luthor is about the only character in existance who would claim an IQ that high.
His IQ may be high but his English grammar is lacking.
"The number 200 (subject) is so vitally important to you and ME (object)."
Take 'you' away and the sentence doesn't make sense.
It doesn't anyway but it is the movies not real life.

"she looks more like 'im than I do!"
one of my all time favourites!
or
"ray, when someone asks you if you're a god, you say YES!"

The second one's Ghostbusters. Not sure about the first one. My favourite line from Ghostbusters:
Sigourney Weaver: That's the bedroom. But nothing happened in there.
Bill Murray: What a crime...
How about his one:
"Do you know what a nemesis is?"

Hi martin, hi graham.
Snatch. Alan Ford's character Brick Top
"A righteous infliction of retribution manifested by an appropirate agent. Personified, in this case, by a horrible (expletive deleted): Me."

Three from the same film then.
"Stand still, I must crush you!"
"You, you must wait here. Because I hate you."
"Remember, you are doing this for 16 pounds of Motserela(?) Jack, and the continent of Australia."
Got it at last, Cat's and Dog's, mostly uttered by that evil white cat, Mr Tiddles or something along those lines.

SO NOBODY got my Glengarry Glen Ross quote.
Shame on you ALL.
OK then, lets go for this one.
"Voilà ! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of Fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is it vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation, stands vivified, and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin vanguarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition. The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta, held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous. Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose so let me simply add that it's my very good honor to meet you and you may call me ...."

"I love French wine, like I the French language. I have sampled every language, French is my favorite. Fantastic language. Especially to curse with.
Nom de dieu de putain de bordel de merde de saloperie de connard d'enculé de ta mère.
It's like wiping your arse with silk. I love it."

Who can get this from one of the most hilariously great but terribly acted films I've ever seen:
"You should not drink and bake."

Right have been away for a few weeks and can't be bothered to read through the old quotes so I figure I just jump in with a quote from a movie I watched the other day.
'Watch out! Russel Crowe's got a phone!'

I am guessing, but from the clue that you saw it recently I will guess at Scary Movie 4
I am prepared to be very very wrong though,
