Hmm - like the idea - however, for some reason I keep getting a stray cat visiting us - she's called Lilly and is a siamese, and most releuctant to go out the cat flap - the other 3 just look at her!

But nothing beats a cat - no smell when wet, no having to wash them in the bath, no huge muddy paw prints - just the odd delicate ones (usually on white bed linne - but they love you!!) and cat kisses from them to tell you that they love you..........

I miss having cats. We had two when we were abroad, and they were wonderful. We couldn't bring them over unfortunately...

Having a pet in this country is so expensive.

Not mine mate, I started this thread.

I have had 'gifts' though. Husband once got 'rabbit trousers' at 6 am when we were visiting my parents.
