your missing the beauty of it-mindless telly you dont need to think about and just let it wash over you and generally you find that information about one of the 'topics' they deal with has fluttered into you brain! Perfect for after a long day at work!

That's very true and the ladies in it are (allegedly!!) quite attractive!

We still are not actually naming actors - this is a Hollyoaks bashing centre - not having watched it I haven't a clue - so can not impart anything. However, actors are also presenters - and vice versa - so perhaps we should take few of them and justify why we feel they are not good at their job?

Lloyd Grossman - he speaks like he has a nest of wasps in his mouth and can't close it - he also seems to think he knows everything on everything - and as someone who knows something on somethings I know he's wrong!

I have always wondered if that damned American is trying to do an English accent. And his sauces are over priced rubbish too.

Ooops, Loyd Grossman has got me on the soap box, sorry folks

Granted - he is a t****r but I thought he was from Cheshire.???
I once met someone who talked just like him and asked - so where are you from in the US - he cut me down pretty quick and told me he was from Cheshire.

I was tempted to say - "so why the ridiculous accent then??"

Hmmm, I can't imagine many pupils willing to admit to being Genesis fans; so you may not have been the only two at the time. I used to listen to early Genesis at CH fairly regularly (Trespass, Nursery Cryme etc). Discovered the joys of the first album "From Genesis to Revelation" (1969) after I left when I found out about the high book price. I have even seen and heard the very elusive "unboxed Decca logo" LP version!
My favourite was always Selling England by the Pound

Can I just say that I have always hated Genesis, even in the days when I used to lumber around in flared trousers, platform shoes and a greatcoat?

Thanks!
