My problem is that every time I switch the computer on and have a 'quick look' in here I have about an hour's worth of reading just to catch up on the posts.......

i worked out how to turn mine off the other day when my email box completley clogged up with them, i thought loads of people had emailed me!!!

It takes me ages to go through this forum,i read posts since last vist and find somemove on so fast i have about 3 pages to read before im know what you are all going on about and even then i struggle!!!

exactly why I have mine set to tell me when a post is updated - the only way of turning it off is to click on the don't email me about this post - but then I feel unloved etc....

Mind you with all the emails I send as well - it's no wonder I get over 40 a day - I spent 3 hours this morning - and another this afternoon - I must get a life!

I think the reason I stopped getting notifications of posts was that I found it immensely distracting do be doing something on the laptop and keep being drawn to pop up after pop up coming up in the bottom right corner of the screen

as soon as i finsih going through them all and adding my comments (which i think are fewer with me at mo-i cant seem to keep up) i find others have posted so go back again, its a hard cricle to break out of

It is largely my fault there are so many posts today. I am using you guys as a crutch to help me through the early days of being free from Nick O'Teen.

I slipped up last night after a family row but today I haven't had a cigarette and it isn't bothering me
