sounds good

although if he was your landlord he was supposed to be renting you a room anyway, no?

I've thought of another good thing about Crawley:

it has a folk festival which has a CAMRA beer tent

mmm, beer

You are so funny, you make me laugh

I get mistletoe from Maypoles every year (yes, to the initiated, that sentence DOES mane sense). Since they dedicated one of the performances to the memory of my dad, and Martyn came to the funeral, Martyn always gives me a big bit with berries. Excellent!

I'm not very good at all this modern Christmas stuff, I tend to revert to the pagan way of things so mistletoe rather than tinsel it is in my house!

Ooh I'm looking forward to Maypoles this year!

Are you talking about the football ground on the Gatwick side of Crawley Town Centre near the fire station ? If so - They've moved south of Bewbush and are now virtually bankrupt with debts of around £3/4 Million.

Still managing to play football and doing reasonably well considering they started this season with a 10 point reduction for going into receivership !

There ! That's my footy bit over for the day !
