I also rather like the ad for the pink patch - stick it on and lose two stone. I didn't think Americans did weight in stones, so even more surprising!
They don't. And those headlines to the right! Most of them local to Atlanta.

This will prove a major drain on my resources as I am big fan of quite a few of these comedians and have quite a few 78's of Bennett , Whelan and even one Leno original.
The humour is actually quite sophisticated and often surreal, it wasn't all "I say, I say, I say", some of it has a decided Surreal edge which can be heard in later figures like Spike Milligan.
Life never ceases to amaze me, but I seem to recall an earlier derogatory comment or two about your sense of humour. Please accept sincere (if partial) apologies - Oops, you'll have to excuse me, I have to go and do my bally bottom button up.

Scambaiting has become a well-known activity in its own right. I read a year or so ago about someone who got scammers to arrange ethnic carvings of PC keyboards as proof of good intent, before revealing that they were just baiting. IIRC the scammers in this case were just in an internet cafe down the road from their target, rather than Nigeria or elsewhere abroad.

A few years ago I went to a talk in the States by a legendary scambaiter known as Ebola Monkey Man. He had some hilarious photos similar to the ones on the website, together with some excellent baiting tales. Long may they prosper :D

He has a web site which has all the texts, photos etc.

You can also try Father Ted Chilly of the Church of Bread and Wine, Reverend Covered Inpiss (the Animalistic Anglican), Father Hector Barnett of Holy Church of The Order of The Red Breast., Waju Takme IV, Pizza Pepperoni, HoorayForBoobies, Sister Ima Daft, My name is BEN "Obi Wan" Kenobi. All these are cut & Pasted and are the spam baiters at

I'm having problems finding it on their web site but an article in today's Daily Mail is a must.

On being told that Chlamydia was on the rise George Dubya Bush replied "Sounds like a good investment"

It's like that greeting card. A nun and the Mother Superior.
Nun : Mother Superior, there's a case of syphilis in the Convent
Mother Superior : Good, I'm fed up with the Beaujolais

Quite right, Mary. Because there are so many people with my real name I use something which is a little out of the ordinary and makes it easy to get addresses, forum names without forgetting them all ....... As explained elsewhere, the moniker was originaly three words (with two possible spellings) meaning "Don't say no"

Should bring back some memories for the older folks!!

Alan, you're a very, very sad man, who obviously has far too much time on his hands...

But I want to know why the music on the Roger Moore link is so familiar. Another senior moment, I'm afraid, but something is calling me from my childhood, maybe that arty/morph chappy?
