blancmange
when I was a kid it was a real treat to have a blancmange or a jelly made in a tin mould the shape of a rabbit. It used to wobble when turned out onto the plate. Happy memories!

like custard creams, the trick is to nibble away one side of the biscuit, and then the other, without breaking the hard cream in the middle......
