Was woken this morning by younger daughter telling me that there was a rather large brown steer standing at the front door and that she couldn`t go in to school!! Apparently it`s a bit of an escapologist - had been put back in the field opposite us twice already ! The others were just watching from the other side of the fence. I thought I`d been dreaming the rather loud mooing!

I can just imagine his reaction to "sorry i`m late , sir. There was a cow on the doorstep and it wouldn`t let me pass "
