5 bed detached with gardens in semi rural Herts/Bucks will set you back at least £700k around here, and if there is any character it just goes up and up

This house is owned by a single woman - it has been unbattered by a family - new kitchen, new bathroom, new central heating, immaculate and gleaming AND only £7k more than our house...
