Once the jury has reached a verdict, and if he's found guilty, does anyone know how long until a sentence is handed down? Last year's cases are to be considered in the sentencing as well.

Very little press coverage this time around. I was hoping that the press would name the teacher the victim confided in. I’m interested to know whether it’s a familiar name from previous trials.

I forgot that Dobbie hasn’t been sentenced yet.

Press might cover it once the verdict and sentencing are done? It's all very close to the publication of the IICSA report on Peter Ball too.

He and JAH went to Lewes prison after their guilty verdicts last summer. June possibly? It'll be on a previous thread somewhere.

As I understand it, and I may be wrong, IF found Guilty, the Judge will pass sentence which would be added to the sentence he is already serving, LESS any time he has served awaiting trial. I guess the sentences would then run concurrently, as is the norm these days.

I didn’t think he had been sentenced for the 2018 convictions, isn’t he due to be sentenced after this trial? Either for both if he’s found guilty this time, or just for last year’s convictions if there’s a not guilty verdict.

I don't think there's anything prejudicial, which isn't already elsewhere on the forum from previous topics/comments.....I think it's all factual, and suitably caveated depending on the verdict. But please do PM me if there's anything you feel should be removed - very keen to ensure nothing on here impacts any trial in any way, where possible...
