I had to do a presentation about Japanese business practices last year! Can't remember much though, except Kaizen leading to a high suicide rate in Japan due to stress...there's a word for it but its Japanese and I can't spell it

You're right.
The Japanese also have a word for death through overwork (not neccesarily suicide).
I can't remember what that is, either. A great help! I'll try to find out, though.......

sounds familiar. shouldn't happen to me, i've temporarily given up working until the summer! 'too much coursework' is a good, believable excuse. + its the time of year when the government gives me a loan and a grant
