Swirl,
Thanks for that. Do you mean that the Housie band is leading the Quenn's procession? That really is quite an honour.

Yes, the Marching Band have been asked to lead the birthday celebrations parade. So presumably it`ll be on tv.
School is also sending a birthday card signed by all the pupils (but don`t let HRH know!)

Do you mean HM? Or is it that Philip would save the money if he knew someone else was giving his wife a card?

ooo. I wonder if my boss will let me have a long lunch...
Any ideas of the route/times? Fleet Street and the Strand like for her jubilee when the Lord Mayor poked her with his sword (or whatever the tradition is) at the Bar Gate? I can't see anything helpful on the Royal websites. BBC says the service is on 15th June.

As me & Ma are in Barcelona on 21st, would be helpful to know whether BBC Intl. transmitted in live or later. If anyone has any pointers, would be much appreciated - ta

St. Paul's to Buckingham Palace, apparently.
Seems that Brenda herself is going to be in Windsor, though (according to the item on the C.H. website....).
