I'm volunteering at the Horsham Beer Festival this weekend. Don't know the exact opening times but 12 - 5 Sat and Sun is about right.
It's in the Old Drill Hall on Denne Road (near the Beer shop).
If anyone is in the area, pop in and say hi.
If anyone has a sofa I could sleep on in the area so I don't have to come back to London on Sat night, that would be immensely appreciated too...

What are the times for the event? I'm down in Hsm this Saturday visiting my olds and will be looking for an excuse to escape (as much as I love them, of course).

UPDATE
Just did my research: 12 - 4pm Sat and Sun.
Cost £4 to get in last year and you get a free glass.
You also buy beer by buying chits and then hand these over to me and I give you beer.
So it's a chance to relive those Grecians' club memories (the chits I mean, not me behind the bar).

well I'll still be on antibiotics. which is a shame because as a pint-puller I get to sample all the beer... well I would have done...

Both days have sold out - I tried to get tickets yesterday and was told I couldn't! If you could find a way to let a couple of thirsty blokes sneak in........
Our place a bit impractical for kipping at the moment due to ongoing decorating, but let me know if you get stuck and I'll ask around.

wow I didn't realise it was so popular.
I could get a couple of thirsty blokes in if by a couple you mean two. And not everyone you know.
PM me your number and I'll call you when I get there having cleared it with the boss.

I actually meant so that I could get to these events more easily. They never take place up north

Why would the Horsham Beer Festival take place up north?
