I scored 8/9 but am not sure of some of the answers! I am not sure that I would think any of us could be average!!!

I answered 'yes' to 10 of the questions. Fortunately, it was 'no' to owning a Ford Fiesta ....

Well, probably more broke and a less skilled driver than the average Brit, Maggie!! I found these questions rather amusing - reckon that the cups of tea and loo visits questions must follow on from each other...

I got eight but by the half way point I thought I might get away with only 2 or 3!

As for how many times I go to the loo - who's counting? I suppose the "average" person wants to know!

I got 5, but the National Anthem does not have a chorus. If you think it does are you average,or are you average if you knowit doesn't?

And who was Marshal Wade? (Verse 6)

According to Wikipedia he was born in Kilavally, Westmeath. I think that's far enough from Dublin to be beyond the pale.

There's a lot more about him at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marshal_Wade

The last paragraph says:
  • He was also mentioned in a verse that was added to God Save the Queen around 1745 but was dropped before the song was adopted as the British national anthem towards the end of the eighteenth century.
I scored 9.

I think they reckon that the most average person is going to be around 34, and live in Swindon.
