This is an interesting site, especially for those of a certain age (have the sound on) but what interested me was the name of the web designer.

The name seems to be related to his 22 years in the navy - not to us. 10 years experience of RVs (those big Yank living trucks) and RV Parks (presumably he can actually park one. I see he has an AA (too much booze at sea?) a BBA (British Bankers Association ???)
