Errors (non-exhaustive):-
For the British public, the drip-dip of casualties in Basra was suffered without an objective that was clear.
The difficulties of the Iraq operation has led to a falling out of allies, with two British general criticising the US plan for the occupation of Iraq as "intellectually bankrupt" and "fatally flawed".
Who's proof-reading this stuff??

Wouldn't surprise me, the BBC are probably cutting costs by not employing anyone to proof-read their stuff.

There has been plenty of condemnation of the BBC recently (for example the decision to pull the plug on a global warming programme because it could be viewed as biased) but I was really shocked to see what was listed as being on the Sky Parliament channel about 5.45 this morning:
