In case you've not already seen this advertised elsewhere......
Young OBs will be meeting for drinks at the Green Man pub @ Bank tube on the evening of St Matthew's Day (21st September) - so if you're in town feel free to drop by for a pint & a catch up!

We were thrown out of a Wetherspoons dining area in Stratford as we had *
brace yourselves for the shock*
children with us. I have vowed never to enter again the aforementioned establishments and feel sad and disappointed that yobs are betraying me in this fashion.
How could you do this to me, after all we suffered that night?

It's cheap...
And CJ - the chain was established deliberately to be an over 18's chain of pubs... most do now have children dining areas though...

We had the children with us when we ordered and when were served with their food, sat away from the bar etc. Beggars belief really especially when my children are paragons. I have a (soggy, oven-cooked) chip on my shoulder about this, can't you tell?
