Birthdays

I have noticed that after a quiet few weeks there are a lot of birthdays around now (none today but five yesterday and a large number in the next 7 days), 38 weeks more or less after Christmas!!!

Surely that's because all the parents wanted their child to be the eldest in the school year rather than the youngest

mine's next week and I was the youngest...
thought that it had something to do with social demographics ?

Well my birthday is 2 July. My dad's birthday is 1 October. Do the maths - makes me feel quite ill at the thought!
