What television programs do you let your child watch?

I am not sure what I would let them watch, any Ideas? 
And whether they`re at home or not - if they`re not, there`s little i can do , is there?

it depends on the age of the child.
And whether they`re at home or not - if they`re not, there`s little i can do , is there?

As both our daughters are in their 30's, we leave it entirely up to them !
