Rock School reborn
I have just been talking to Josh Bell and I understand that Rock School is currently being reprised on Wednesdays at 8:30pm on 4Music - this is available on Skyview, Sky etc.
I wanted to add this to the original forum thread on here - alas I cannot find it. There was much interesting comment on the various characters involved, all of whom are now in their Grecians.

Re: Rock School reborn
My boss caught this last week and asked if any of us had seen it. As it was on when I first joined the company and I had told him then I said "yes, it was where I went to school."
He said (and I have had this before) "but it's a posh school". So I pulled up the St Matts day pics and said, "you mean this one?"
collapse of boss.

Come on, young Josh, let's be hearing from you. How did all the participants fare in later years?

Re: Rock School reborn
Well, when I watched the DVD with Jess on Tuesday, we were continually pausing it for a running commentary, like in episode 4, when Gene rings Rodney from LA, he says:
Lots of comments like that. If anyone does have the DVD, watch the opening sequence, and pause it at two places:
1. The height of Rodney's grin - "Top Dog at CH!"
2. My look in the same sequence - it's the best shot of me anywhere anywhen EVER - it's my Trafalgar Square Statue pose
And we were like, "or a Senior Grecian..."Being a manager is like being a prime minister

Re: Rock School reborn
Those in the know always predicted that Rodney of Rock School would become Senior Grecian in 2008

Re: Rock School reborn
How does one get hold of a copy of the DVD ?
I'd love to watch it again, and one of my (musical) grand-children missed it and now would love to watch it.
Ta in advance !!

I bought mine on eBay, about £9, as soon as it was published. There's one on there at the moment for £16.99 on 'buy it now' but they come up fairly frequently and don't often get to that price in bidding.

I love the continuity errors like leaving a room in the prep block and appearing under the Octagon

I'll have to have a word with eldest daughter. I don't use E-Bay but she seems to be on there all the time !kerrensimmonds wrote:I bought mine on eBay, about £9, as soon as it was published.
