Right! I'm off to Redcar in August!!


a) anyone got any contacts in Redcar?

b) anyone able to lend me £3000 please, or part of this amount, repayable in full by February, plus eg. interest and percentage of future earnings? (while comical, point b is serious, as I'm lookin at paying 6 months rent up front as letting agents up there are being mean, I will sign legal agreement to repay the money if anyone would be willing to ease my temporary cashflow problem...I have my reasons..just having issues raising the cash)
