Does anyone recall this name? I've dug out a set of decorative plates by this chap, & the leaflet says he was educated at CH. Googled him & there's a website showing all his artworks. He was born in 1947, now (if website is up-to-date) lives in the Cotswolds.

For some reason, his name immediately rang a bell with me !! Probably from Prep B or class as we were both born 1947.
Maybe John H might throw some light on this. He and I seemed to move in similar circles.

Can't say I recognise the name and it is not in the 2003 Directory of Old Blues.
Born same year as me so would probably have been in my year or above, but even so......

I've been wracking my brains for 12 hours and can only come up with a mental picture of a dark haired boy, very quiet and rather artistic.
I've searched through all my Coleridge B house photo's and he's not there. For some reason I have NO Prep B house photo's, so maybe we didn't have them taken. I'm starting to feel pretty certain he was in my intake, January 1958 into Prep B.
If anyone learns more, please post on here or PM me.

Thanks very much, I'm relieved that he's an "authentic" OB!

This could well start a Topic on "Counterfeit OBs "
I seem to remember there were some Posts last year, on the un-authorised wearing of the CH Uniform ?

J.R. has "...been wracking my brains for 12 hours..."
This is a process that worries me greatly, as I can't understand why he should be turning his brain into seaweed.
Of course, if he was extending his brain by "racking" it, that would be quite a different matter!
PS. Pedants rule - OK!

I know it's a few years ago but there was a correspondence about my brother, Darrell Gardner. We've only just come across it. He is an artist, no longer dark haired and not very quiet! He'd be happy to correspond but it'll have to be through me as he doesn't have the internet. Lamb B. 1958 entry. Viv Gardner

Darrell Paul Gardner was in Lamb B 57-64. At one time he studied at Tonbridge Agricultural College, Hadlow.
