I'm afraid I still get unwanted Emails, which seem to get through my "Spam Filter" about "Male Extensions"

I got that but I thought maybe Neill misunderstood and thought we got an unwanted email.... It was actually very welcome from a trusted source... except that my cousin seems to regard mum as potentially elderly and vulnerable

The person I got it from was neither elderly nor vulnerable, but the original had all the hallmarks of the 'not true' email.
