Just thought I'd mention that Christopher Martin-Jenkins on Test Match Special (BBC R5 Sport Extra) was highly complimentary about the CH Band today. He was especially impressed by their formations. So the members can be proud of themselves!

Wish I'd heard it.

My son says the drum majors could be clearly seen in the background while the commentators were discussing the match on Sky which I sadly don't have.

Daughter was more impressed that Piers Morgan was there, especially as a group from CH had entered Britain's Got Talent and Mr Morgan was the first to press the buzzer - I believe someone mentioned it to him yesterday :D

We not only don't have Sky, we won't have it! Our small protest against Murdoch world-media domination (and ruination). Anyway, the commentators on TMS are so much more interesting, civilised, amusing and knowledgeable ( apart from the recently-recruited Michael Vaughan, a Yorkshire ego of the worst kind)! And CMJ is the epitome of TMS.

I must admit I've had to boycott Murdoch newspapers since the election coverage!

A disappointingly short piece.

5 Drum Majors.

Wasn't it only 3 in our day, John ?
