To me therein lies an error, In considering a sentence already given the reviewing judge should have the option of increasing the sentence or requiring that the entire sentence be filled with no earlier release under whatever conditions as well as agreeing with a reduction. .Bishbashbosh wrote: ↑Wed Feb 26, 2020 12:45 am
Dobbie tried to appeal to reduce his sentence from 12 to 10 years. This was refused. Still July 2024.
