House captain in 1966 he went on to become a doctor and lecturer, retiring from senior partner in a Godalming practice . I remember him as being quiet, perhaps introspective.

CT Fleetcroft was 1st XV captain when I started in September 1965.
I have a vivid memory, when still feeling homesick shortly after starting, of watching the 1st XV under Fleetcroft one Saturday afternoon then later that evening attending an orchestral concert in Big School where, in complete contrast, he was playing a prominent role in the string section. I realised at that moment what the phrase 'rounded man' meant even though I didn't really take it in at the time.
Colin Fleetcroft had a younger brother, Robert, who was a 'squit' in my final Maine A year. My condolences to him and the rest of his family and friends.
RIP Colin.
