And if someone on here with personal knowledge of the primary facts were to read a copy of the judgment and by 'jigsaw' identification comment here on the matter and identify a person, that would not be good.

Having read the judgment, there is nothing in it that would identify the victim.
The relevant facts are set out in a few lines.
Identifying the victim on here would of course be in breach of her lifelong anonymity.

Here is the appeal. He remained in custody but reduced from 21 to 15 months. He will be getting out around now if he isn’t already.

The appeal notes he had a number of references. I wonder who gives a reference to someone who is already a convicted sex offender who continues to deny their guilt?
