returns of the day and congratulations on attaining your 3 score years and 10.
In my opinion, as a distinguished Old Blue and Master for a quarter of a century or more, Howard deserves his own thread.

Many thanks, Andy.
Yesterday was a hugely memorable day as I sang with my son in a choir for the very first time at the wonderful CHOBA carol concert in Fleet Street. It was great to meet up with so many Old Blues young and less so!
I was flattered when Paddy Castledine persuaded everybody to burst into song and sing Happy Birthday.
PS. Don't know about "distinguished"!!!

Delighted you enjoyed your day Howard, particularly singing with Matt in the Choir.
You were the English teacher so would know a lot better but distinguished seemed a reasonable word to me for one of the youngest boys ever to represent the 1st XI at cricket as well as later dedicating 25 years plus as a teacher.
