Have only just noticed today that there is a section on Friends Reunited for teachers to add themselves to schools where they taught. Only 3 for CH Horsham and 1 for CH Hertford been added so far though.

1983-1988 Jane Jenkins (Aunty Planty)
2000-2003 Nick Parrans-Smith
1987-2005 Stephen Walsh

and

1969-1985 Veronica Gravett

Veronica? VERONICA??
We only knew her as 'Gravvie'. I thought she'd have a name more like "Edwina". said with a grimace as if you had a mouthful of raw gooseberries...

She has been removed, I wonder why.

I didn't think she would last 16 years.

Did she ever marry? Would be very surprised if she didn't.

I was at Hertford when she started and we called her GRAV-ett. She said the name's Grav-ETT.

Obviously a James Bond fan.

I wonder what she thinks of Daniel Craig.

Her name is under CH Hertford - she left when we moved to Horsham in 1985.
She certainly wasn't married whilst at Hertford - doesn't surprise me either to be honest.

That was a surprise, I didn't even realise there was a CH Hertford page. Some people are on both, but there are lots of people on the Hertford page I have been 'trying to find'.

Some of them I have 'searched' for and they haven't come up, very odd.

Going through that lot will keep me busy for a couple of weeks.

Thank you.

No JR not a conspiracy, just a load of menopausal women who want to remember the 'naughty' times.

I'm on both pages but most people have just joined on the CH Horsham one.

Friends united seems to have had a right mess-up. I and everyone I worked with at one company whose names were shown (+/- 12 people) were wiped off their records.
After that Friends Reunited's computers refused to allow the name of the company for (it seemed) 18 months. Not sure if it is straight even now - I gave up a long time ago. I had a lot of e-mail correspondence with them about it.

It may be that the **** was removed accidentally but .........

She is on the Hertford page which I didn't even realise was there.

there are a few odd things tho', like the 2 male names that appear in 96-2000.

and I went to 2 primary schools, about 4 miles apart (we moved when I was nine) and all the same people are on both lists.

Most odd.
