Well firstly can I say wat a good night that was...

I finally got to meet Julian and very briefly Richard! Good to meet you both!

The church was a great venue with superb acoustics... I turned up at 4.30 not knowing what to expect...

Well the choir were splendid - I thought the tenors were especailly good!

Adrian bawtree was very good at getting the crowd going and there was a very amusing version of 12 days of Christmas!

The church was pretty much full in the lower section (I guess 240ish tickets) and there was a good mjix of Hertford, Horsham and Young Old Blues...

Good to meet a lot of people i hadn't seen in ages at Jamie's Wine Bar... Shame i couldn't stay longer but it's been a long week! (And I was rapidly running out of money having bought a very small round of drinks - that place is expensive!)

Many thanks to all who arranged the evening - a great time! :)

Sorry to let you down, but it's nothing to do with having had a few (expensive) drinks!

I've only just managed to get my computer going (my wife moved everything around last night in order to put the Christmas tree up).

Still, as Plum said, it was indeed a very enjoyable do!

One round (2 bottles of beer and a glass of Sauvignon Blanc) cost me nearly 15 quid!!!

I had to catch the 23.46 back to Horsham - I made it with 3 minutes to spare......

No, but there was a large bag marked 'Swag' ready to be dragged off at the end of the evening.

God help the YOBs when they have their do there!

I must confess i think it is a bad place to have a venue for penniless yobs...

Not only that but they should change the dates as it is the future Mrs Plum's birthday!

Stumbled out of bed at 8:00.

Picked up by one of the trainers at 9:00

Half way to eldest daughters house to collect another team member.

Mobile rings:

"Ground at Chessington is frozen - Game off !"

............. Hence, back to warm sitting room and coffee.

Just remains for The Blues to slaughter the Gunners this afternoon, (hopefully !!)

I'm planning a nice healthy dog-walk, followed by some Heineken Cup rugby on the box.
