Sometime in Feb is the likely date.

Wonderfully succinct speculation!

So does that mean that there will be no further cases taken forward to charge/trial [at this time]?Bishbashbosh wrote: ↑Tue Dec 11, 2018 4:57 pmNot speculation. I was informed.

Re: Sentencing of Garry William Dobbie
It means barring any further cases, which could still happen, he will be charged some time in Feb.
At this point in time if you are unaware of my being a victim, you really should look a bit harder. A very quick look at my posts would have told you that. It should therefore become immediately obvious who would have informed me.

Apologies. Unreserved apologies.
I have re-read your posts from last summer.
I must have appeared insensitive.
You have only my admiration and very best wishes.

Howard I have sometime had a different take to you on some of your posts on this forum but I just wanted to tip a hat to that fulsome and insightful apology.
I am sure we all hope Dobbie gets the very long sentence he so richly deserves.

I believe certain enquiries are still 'on going'.

Re: Sentencing of Garry William Dobbie
J.R. and I have received an update regarding Dobbie's sentencing, which has come to us second-hand, but originates from Sussex Police:
Sentencing likely to take place around 30/4/2019, due to further charges having been brought by Sussex Police for new offences relating to indecent assault, with a trial date of 23/4/2019, and expecting to last 5 days. Thus sentencing would likely follow that trial.
The advice from Sussex Police which was passed on with the above information:-
Feel free to PM or J.R. if you feel anything needs saying now or before April 2019, and we can post/unlock if required.

Thus, I'm going to lock this topic now, and would ask that no further comments be made.I know I do not have to advise that because we are entering into a new trial period, that social media and other comments publicly should be very limited as this would be the normal advice.
