I'm having to take ds to the doctor tomorrow as a visitor. But I can't find the name and address of the schools doctor, I know it was written down somewhere but I can't find it. :oops:

This fact also reminded me that I sent him off on a weeks scout camp with the wrong doctors info. Luckily it wasn't needed :shock:

The Dr. named on my daughter's prescriptions is Potiphar! I found that quite amusing... :lol:
My dad's GP was a doctor Payne. :shock:

He was convicted in 1986 for murdering his first wife and attempting to murder his second!
