What was that pond, surrounded by a square brick wall, called?

I just cannot remember.

The one on the left as you walk past the Post Office towards Doctors Lake?

I believe these days the area is Bluecoat Ponds but that is not what we called it when I was at school.

Someone put me out of my misery please

Not very deep so far as I recall - used to go fishing there but not too successsful. (Another Tuesday afternoon occupation when we had to do "hobbies")

Dad called it the Carp Pond, as it was full of carp...

When they built the Bluecoat Pond development, they retained the pond as a feature...

That figures, I would have called it the Goldfish Pond, but then I never was any good at English (or fish).
